Clubs Mods

Have you ever held an officials position in HiH? If so, how many terms? Yes, I've held a total of two official mod positions for multiple terms.
How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? I want to promise myself roughly 6 hours a week, but I love procrastinating so realistically around 15 hours!
Do you have experience working with HTML/CSS? Yes.
As a mod of this community, what are you prepared to do to help things run smoothly/stay active? To be honest, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to keep the community running smoothly because I know that hh_clubs is a very important subsidiary within HiH. It is a fun place to earn points, as well as a great platform to get to know people from other houses. The subsidiary plays a big role in keeping members active!
I'm aware of the club mod duties: surveying club leaders (their activities, their roster, their bonus items), updating the FAQ regularly, getting back to any questions people have, posting a weekly round up, making sure there's no drama lama etc., and I'm open for any suggestions.
Are there any changes/improvements you can suggest for the community? I appreciate rules being written down to define inactivity, but I feel like they could do with some tweaking. I also think personal club-directed reminders should be done (as well as reminders in the weekly posts). And maybe a club leader idea pool post for the club leaders who are a bit frazzled out with thinking up good activities. (While ideas are also suggested by the members when they sign up the roster, I think it would be a nice idea to have a club leader post with quick links to things like crossword makers, puzzle makers, mazes, etc.,)
Do you have a club yourself? Yes.
Why are you interested in being the mod for this community? (Frankly, I've been around for a long time, I'd love an official position so as to keep enjoying HiH. I've never been a club mod before, so I'd enjoy the challenge.) I'm ready to step up and do some leading because I think I could run it with all my enthusiasm, as well as reliably and emphatically. I believe that hh_clubs should remain a central part of hogwartsishome but not turn it into something stressful for club leaders and members alike. I enjoy this community to a big extent.

SORRY, FOR THE TL;DR FOLKS- vote for me because I'm a great mix of reliable and laid-back.

Have you ever held an officials position in HiH? If so, how many terms? Yes, 3 terms
How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? 20 hrs
Do you have experience working with HTML/CSS? No
As a mod of this community, what are you prepared to do to help things run smoothly/stay active? Yes
Are there any changes/improvements you can suggest for the community? Maybe having a few joint club actrivities. Also have the clubs run an activity like the Philiosopher's Stone one that we had this term. Come up with ideasfor activities that will get more people participating in the activities.
Do you have a club yourself? No
Why are you interested in being the mod for this community? I have always wanted to be a leader of a club and to help out with the clubs. This would be a great opportunity for me to do that. I want to be able to help the club leaders come up with ideas and to get more people to particpate in the activities. I would also like to help set up an activity that involves all the clubs.

Have you ever held an officials position in HiH? If so, how many terms? 3 terms!
How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? I'm online all the time, for at least a few hours every day!
Do you have experience working with HTML/CSS? I do! I use HTML every day, and have used some CSS in the recent past.
As a mod of this community, what are you prepared to do to help things run smoothly/stay active? I think one of the most important things the Clubs Mods can do is stay on top of everything consistently, including the weekly update, posting applications & approving new club leaders as soon as possible, monitoring club leader compliance with the rules, and assisting the leaders and members as needed. Since I'm pretty compulsive when it comes to organization and I have plenty of time to dedicate to HiH, I think I'd be a great asset!
Are there any changes/improvements you can suggest for the community? I think the significant changes to the rules and application procedure for leading clubs this past term were wonderful, and I look forward to keeping those changes in place. I'd also aim to keep up with all of the moderating tasks in a consistent and swift manner, because at this point, I believe that would be the best improvement for the community.
Do you have a club yourself? Yes, I do!
Why are you interested in being the mod for this community? hh_clubs is one of the most active and popular aspects of HiH, and I feel it needs strong and dedicated leadership. I'm currently a very active participant in the clubs and a club leader. I have lots of time and enthusiasm that I'd be excited to give back to the community!

Have you ever held an officials position in HiH? If so, how many terms? I certainly have. I've been in some type of modding position for twenty months. I held two positions for three terms and two other positions for two terms.
How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? I'd wager about two hours a day Monday-Friday, more on the weekends. Probably fifteen or more hours a week can be dedicated to clubs.
Do you have experience working with HTML/CSS? Absolutely! I used to run a website for a club at university, and I still enjoy fiddling with HTML/CSS now and then.
As a mod of this community, what are you prepared to do to help things run smoothly/stay active? Maintaining the changes implemented this term will continue to remove inactive leaders and give stability for clubs. If people don't comply with the rules, there are procedures in place to handle the situation. I'll listen to members and leaders alike to keep the community running as smoothly as possible.
Are there any changes/improvements you can suggest for the community? The clubs moderators really need to have more flexibility in the HiH System. They need to be able to do things for the community, such as giving new leaders the privilege to submit activities. This might help alleviate stress from the HiH Mods and lessen the wait time so that leaders can jump in quickly.
Do you have a club yourself? I ran a club for a year and a month many moons ago. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Why are you interested in being the mod for this community? I enjoy clubs and love the idea of being a part of making the fantastic community work efficiently.
