How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? about 25 hours or more
Do you have experience working with HTML/CSS? yes I code my own websites using html.. I'm known as the code go to girl in my common room XD
As a mod of this community, what are you prepared to do to help things run smoothly/stay active? I would like to see a rule about drama...like making it mandatory that a club leader freeze/screen threads and comments before they get out of hand or at the first sign that it's getting out of hand. I'd also like to see a rule stating that if you have a problem with any points for any club that it be taken up with the club leader or club mod in private... NOT in a comment to a post that isn't screened. This would be to eliminate drama before it starts.
Are there any changes/improvements you can suggest for the community? see above, other than that the community runs very well as is.
Do you have a club yourself? no I do not
Why are you interested in being the mod for this community?Honestly because we need one and also because I think that I can handle being the mod of this community and also that my rules need to be put in place.

How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? My availability is very flexible. I'm online for at least 4 hours every day for leisure activities. :)
Do you have experience working with HTML/CSS? Yes, lots.
As a mod of this community, what are you prepared to do to help things run smoothly/stay active? I'm really good with lists, so I'm willing to post weekly or bi-weekly , newsletter-style lists of current activities.
Are there any changes/improvements you can suggest for the community? I think that the actual workings of the clubs are going well. More frequent reminders of what's going on might be nice. The biggest improvement I could think of is to add a list of bonus items to the user information with links to the Diagon shops that sell them, or possibly adding this information to the existing Clubs' List table.
Do you have a club yourself? No.
Why are you interested in being the mod for this community? I'm looking for ways to be more involved around the community, and I think this would be a great place to move in that direction.

Have you ever held an officials position in HiH? If so, how many terms? Yes. I have been an official in at least one position for a year and four months (four terms). Overall, I've held four officials positions, two of them for three terms a piece. I like consistency.
How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? At least twenty hours, more some weeks. I'll have a class for six weeks during this term, but other than that, I'll have much more time to do my work for the community.
Do you have experience working with HTML/CSS? I have, yes. I used to code simple websites, and I know enough CSS to post in forums.
As a mod of this community, what are you prepared to do to help things run smoothly/stay active? For one, mods need the ability to remove leaders for inactivity if they haven't posted an activity at least once a month. I understand quite well that life is more important at times, but a club leader should want to let someone else take over if they don't have the time. A good club leader will want the members to be able to experience the club to its fullest potential, even if he or she can't lead it.
Are there any changes/improvements you can suggest for the community? I pretty well like everything. I think the liberty to remove club leaders for inactivity would be helpful. It isn't fair to people who might be active to be stuck out of a position. Also, a list of rules that would be implemented for clubs both in the clubs community and for outside club activities (such as those at Hogsmeade) would clarify a lot of problems.
Do you have a club yourself? No, but I used to (two terms ago).
Why are you interested in being the mod for this community? I enjoy being involved in clubs. Having a leadership position in the community would help me to make it more more smoothly, I feel.

How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? I am online every evening and quite a bit during the weekend and sometimes during the day if I have downtime at work. I could easily devote 2-3 hours a day to mod duties, no problem.
Do you have experience working with HTML/CSS? Lots of experience with HTML coding web pages both for personal and work use, limited experience with CSS, but am always able to quickly find what I need to get the job done.
As a mod of this community, what are you prepared to do to help things run smoothly/stay active? I have a lot of attention to detail so I can assure that very few things, if any, that are needed for this to run smoothly will be missed. Also, I think ensuring that the activity posts are done regularly, that rosters are staying updated, and that club leaders and members know that they have modly support will help to keep the community going strong.
Are there any changes/improvements you can suggest for the community? I think it's important for the mods to take note if club leaders are not staying active or appear to be struggling to follow up with them regarding activity or offering any support they may need. Having the mods be responsible for serving as a liaison to specific clubs/leaders and also being responsible for working with those leaders if they are not meeting the activity requirements or other issues arise could be helpful.
Do you have a club yourself? I used to have a club for two terms but do not have one currently.
Why are you interested in being the mod for this community? I enjoy clubs, I think they are a lot of fun, and I enjoyed my time as a club leader. I would like to contribute in a new way by helping other club leaders and also by helping the community through ensuring that our clubs and club leaders are active to support interactions and, well, points-earning, too.

How much availability do you have in an average week for performing mod duties? I'm online at least an hour or two every day.
Do you have experience working with HTML/CSS? I'm pretty familiar with HTML as far as Livejournal is concerned. CSS, not so much.
As a mod of this community, what are you prepared to do to help things run smoothly/stay active? I'm delightfully anal about things and I would enjoy making sure everything is nice and neat, including the tags, the user info, and helping club leaders run the community smoothly. Also, I usually keep a list of all the club activities going on at any given time, so I think this will make posting the Weekly Roundup a breeze.
Are there any changes/improvements you can suggest for the community? The system we currently have is pretty efficient, as long as the Club Mod can keep up with everything. So I would do my very best to make sure the duties are performed consistently on time, as well as to promote available club leader positions so there are a wide variety of activites for everyone at HiH. And everyone will be happy! :)
Do you have a club yourself? No, but I am interested in running a club, and I would be happy to do this as well, simultaneously.
Why are you interested in being the mod for this community? As I've said before, I take pleasure in the tasks required of the Clubs Mod and since I already keep tabs for myself, creating the Weekly Roundup will be a snap. Perhaps more importantly, I would enjoy helping HiH run smoothly, especially because it is such a wonderful, fun place.
